I am not a morning person period. One thing i have noticed with this 3 step process is i have amazing sleeps. I wake up naturally between 7am and 8am and i am completely ready for the day.
This is a huge deal for myself as ive spent 12 years doing night shifts and normally cant sleep until after 2am.
So today i will give gratitude to the little things. Having a resfull sleep and waking up feeling awesome.
